14 Jul 2016 08:00 AM - 10:30 AM (CST)
Grand Hyatt Shanghai, Shanghai, China
The PRI, the UNEP Finance Initiative and The Generation Foundation invite you to a roundtable on ‘Fiduciary Duty in the 21st Century: Focus on Asia,’ hosted by BNP Paribas. The purpose of this project is to better understand the investing landscape in an ESG context, barriers to responsible investment and ESG integration in five Asian markets, including India. The project will have a key focus on the fiduciary duty institutional investors owe their beneficiaries and clients, and to make recommendations on how these requirements might be achieved.
The PRI and UNEP FI will introduce the project and convene a panel discussion on how practitioners, regulators and key market stakeholders aim to integrate ESG and promote sustainability in their decision making process. Input from the panellists and audience will feed into the final recommendations of the ‘Fiduciary Duty in the 21st Century: Focus on Asia’ report.
A continental breakfast will be served.
This meeting is open to UNEP Finance Initiative and PRI signatories and non-signatories. Please contact Elodie Feller or Melanie Paty if you have any questions.
