Highlights of China's New Green Catalogue 2021

On April 21, 2021, the People's Bank of China, the National Development and Reform Commission and the China Securities Regulatory Commission jointly released the "Notice on the Issuance of the Catalog of Green Bond Endorsed Projects (2021 Edition)", (hereinafter referred to as the "2021 Edition Catalog" or the "New Catalog"). This is the first update of China's Green Bond Endorsed Projects Catalog and a document of great significance, marking the unification of green bond taxonomy. 2021 Edition Catalog will officially take effect on July 1.
